PLOT:  Diamonds Are A Con's Best Friend tells the story of a couple of simplistic pizza delivery boys who mix up $20 in delivery money with over a million dollars in stolen diamonds. The McMillen gang, the violent group of thieves who stole the diamonds, aren't too pleased with the delivery boys and try to track them down while the boys attempt to sell the diamonds.

 

 

 

SEAN'S TAKE: This was my first project after college, and probably the biggest headache of them all. At this point, the cast and crew, including myself, were still drinking (a lot) during production. Big mistake. I tried to direct and do the cinematography myself, which meant I was moving all of the lights while operating camera by myself and trying to correct performances. This is the short version of the feature screenplay I wrote while at Penn State. The short version does not do the feature justice as it was meant to be a study of friendship, not an all-out action film.
